I am writing to share with you an update on our office operations as a result of COVID-19. As always, our staff are Here for you.

We know that many of our clients will need to contact us regarding their policies and coverage throughout the coming days and weeks. Please be reassured that our Team and our insurers will remain available to you. However, we encourage you to utilize our technology where possible to communicate with us, as we limit foot traffic (for everyone’s safety) within our offices.

·      Our staff are spread over four offices and some will be working remotely, but your call will not go unanswered. You can reach us toll free between 8 AM and 6 PM, Monday to Friday. Please visit our website at www.caldwellroach.com/contact-us to reach the office nearest you.  

·      If you haven’t already signed up for our online client portal, our staff can help get you registered. This will allow you access to your insurance policies and your liability (pink) cards. Our portal also allows you to request policy changes from the safety and comfort of your own home.

·      Many of our insurance partners now accept electronic signatures. We have the ability to obtain your signature, from the convenience of your smart phone or tablet, so please take advantage of this service should your signature be required.

·      Payments can be made through our website. We have listed the payment links of our insurance partners, as well as, how to make a payment to Caldwell Roach Insurance. Please visit our web site at www.caldwellroach.com/make-a-payment for more information. Or call for assistance and one of our Brokers will gladly walk you through this process.

·      In the event you need to file a claim, please contact our knowledgeable team. Outside business hours, we have an after-hours claims line (1-855-835-5065), as well as, links to our insurance partners’ claims phone numbers on our web site at www.caldwellroach.com/file-a-claim
